Requirements specific to Nurses in Michigan

Required Courses: 2

  • Michigan nurses are required to complete 25 hours of CE to renew a license
  • At least 2 hours must be related to Pain and Symptom Management
  • There is a one-time requirement to complete training on Human Trafficking, but this does not count towards the 25 hours required for renewal

No more than 12 credit hours can be earned during a 24-hour period
